Open to students residing in the Idaho Power service area graduating from an accredited high school or equivalent enrolling as a full time student with a minimum 3.75 unweighted GPA. Selection based on the following selection standards: academic achievement (65 points), leadership potential (20 points), and school/community involvement (15 points).

Procedure:

Submit scholarship application with summary statement (250-300 words); school transcripts; ACT and/or SAT scores; three letters of recommendation; and exhibits (optional) showing notable achievement in scholarship, leadership, athletics, dramatics, literature, & community service.
