Description:Open to residents of Idaho of Hispanic descent who have not received the Community Council of Idaho Scholarship in prior years going into their first year of college. Must have a minimum 2.5 GPA. Selection based on academic merit, 3 letters of recommendation, difficulty of high school program, personal statement, and financial need.

Description:Open to 4-H members from the Eastern District (formerly District IV: Bannock, Bear Lake, Bonneville, Butte, Caribou, Clark, Custer, Fort Hall, Franklin, Fremont, Jefferson, Lemhi, Madison, Oneida, Power, and Teton Counties) who have been in 4-H at least five years and are graduating high school.
