FAFSA Web Completion Portal

Counselors: use this online resource to track your students’ FAFSA progress. You’ll be able to see when students start an application, submit the form, and complete the process.

The Idaho State Board of Education (ISBE) has partnered with the U.S. Department of Education to provide student-level information to authorized school officials, so they can help students through the challenging process of submitting a Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA).

To access your school’s records, you’ll need to register and agree to the terms of use. Your registration request will be reviewed by ISBE and once approved, you will receive approval via email.

In addition to following student progress through FAFSA, you will also be able to see which students who have completed a college application using the state’s common online system, Apply Idaho, and who has applied for the Idaho Opportunity Scholarship.
